Getting rid of our vehicle was the smartest decision I ever made, and looking back, I have no system why I fooled myself into believing I needed a vehicle in the huge city, but more than anything it had to do with status, I think, having your own vehicle carried some prestige with it, mostly because of the expense. Insurance rates were far higher, and I was also spending multiple hundred dollars a month just for a parking space! After selling the vehicle I have less biweekly expenses, and I hardly ever miss it! I can take an Uber to someplace I want, and since there is local cannabis delivery from our dispensary, our weed needs are covered, too. The last time I had a cannabis delivery was about a month ago, which is about as often as I venue an order, and when the weed delivery driver arrived I had him come inside, and asked him a few questions about her job. The girl told me that she had sold her vehicle long ago, and handled all of her cannabis delivery on her 12 speed bike. She said that the bike was the best possible means for cannabis delivery because it was small, fast, and easy to maneuver around the obstacles of town traffic. It was actually interesting, and now every time I see someone whipping through city on their bike I wonder if they are in the weed delivery business.
