The map gave me the wrong directions to the house

I always use my cell phone to locate the address of each delivery I make.

I receive excellent cell phone service throughout our entire delivery area.

I find that it is relatively easy to search for the address and follow the directions. There are a couple of times when brand new houses don’t show up on the GPS. I’ve never been lost until a couple of weeks ago. A customer contacted us and placed an order for delivery. The customer ordered several jars of cannabis concentrate, a half ounce of dried marijuana flower, 3 disposable vape pens, and $200 worth of marijuana edibles. The customer was new to the area and the address was unfamiliar to me. I contacted the customer before I walked out the door of the marijuana dispensary. I asked the guy for an intersection or street close to his address. I entered the GPS coordinates and the drive was supposed to be seven miles away. I started heading out of town and then I went down several winding roads in the valley. I was starting to lose my cell phone signal, so I decided to contact the customer again. When I mentioned the landscape, he didn’t think I was anywhere close to his home. I had to look up the address a second time. The map gave me the wrong directions to the house and I almost ended up getting lost in an area where there is absolutely no cell phone coverage. I was lucky the customer picked up, because I probably would have continued driving.
