It’s an old condo that was converted into many peculiar apartments.
My friends & I live upstairs. The two of us have access to our house using the stairs in the back of that building. My friends & I live in an house for a honestly cheap price & the landlord is honestly reasonable when it comes to the rent. There are various times a single of our friends & I have been late & he has never charged us a fee. The only major rule is that all of us cannot smoke marijuana or cigarettes inside of the apartment. My friends & I knew that was the rule when all of us moved into the locale & all of us agreed to the rules in our lease. It was a nightmare to find a locale to smoke marijuana. My friends & I often had to sit in our car & the parking lot. The two of us were cheerful when a local dispensary decided to open a cannabis Lounge. The lounge is adjacent to the dispensary & any purchase from the cannabis shop allows entry to the lounge. Inside of the lounge you can find couches, chairs, tables, & cables. There are even a couple of peculiar video game systems. The best section about the lounge is the fact that cannabis smoking is encouraged. My friends & I finally have a fun locale to hang out & use cannabis separate from getting into trouble. The lounge also allows us to get delivery, so all of us can chill out all night & all of us never have to leave.
