There is a place that sells waffles, eggs, and pancakes. At night they make burgers too. The food isn’t great, but it’s all we have. There is a single convenience store with a gas station. The gas station doesn’t even sell diesel gas, so I have to drive back into town and make sure that I have enough gas before I leave. It’s a real pain in the butt sometimes. It is especially a pain when I want recreational or medical marijuana products. There are no dispensaries out here in the middle of nowhere. If I want recreational or medical marijuana supplies, I have to get them while I am in the city or order them from a delivery service that will come out to the valley. There is a single delivery service that will come out to the valley. As long as you order one day ahead of time and place an order that is at least $100, they will deliver. Since the delivery service only makes one trip to the country each day, they have cut off times for the orders. I placed my order online yesterday at 10:00 in the morning. I expected to get my delivery the very next day. I guess I must have misunderstood how the delivery system worked, because I had to place my order before 10:00 a.m. on that day in order to get the items. It took 3 days before I actually received the recreational marijuana supplies that I was trying to order online.
