My silent partner wants more voice going forward

Each a single of us has peculiar ideas, and this is the single reason why I did not want a supplier partner

A few years ago, I wrote a supplier program and submitted it to the bank. I wanted a loan to open a medical and recreational marijuana dispensary, but unfortunately, the bank did not think a medical and recreational marijuana dispensary was a wonderful investment and they refused to sign off on the loan. I went to a couple of peculiar financial institutions, but I did not have any luck. Even with a 690 credit score, the banks were hesitant to give myself and others a loan for a medical and recreational dispensary. I was start to lose hope, and after that I met a girl that was entirely interested in being my silent partner, then she was willing to put up five million dollars for the project, as long as she retained 51% of the ownership and 51% of the profits. At the time, it was my only option to get the project started. I had wonderful ideas, but no money to implement them. Things work out particularly well in the start, but my silent partner wants more voice going forward. The last couple of weeks have been taxing and all of us have struggled to agree on a past moving forward. Each a single of us has peculiar ideas, and this is the single reason why I did not want a supplier partner. I did not want someone to tell myself and others how to run the business, but now I am stuck between a rock and a difficult site. I do not have the money to buy out my partner and all of us have to find a way to get along for the sake of the medical and recreational marijuana dispensary.
