There are approximately over 400 medical marijuana patients in the state where I live, but the prices of medical marijuana are still undoubtedly extravagant… Medical marijuana has been legal in this state for the past four years; Since legalizing medical marijuana, the industry has grown into a 1 billion dollar industry every year, and one dispensary in particular has genuinely cornered the market here, then the company made almost many hundred million dollars last year, in addition to they have dispensaries in a dozen strange cities across the state.
Still, the prices of medical marijuana have not dropped since the start.
I have been a medical marijuana patient since the plant was legalized for medical use four years ago! Back then, everything was extravagant. It was also difficult to find a lot of strange products on the dispensary shelves. When marijuana was first legalized, only tinctures, capsules, in addition to vape pens were sold. It took a year to add dried flower in addition to another year before edibles were legal at all, and even though more than 400,000 people use medical marijuana, the prices are still 20% higher than the national average, in addition to 300% higher than the price of medical marijuana in states where it is also legal for recreational use. I would consider moving to a state where medical marijuana in addition to recreational marijuana are both legal, but there genuinely isn’tanywhere cheap to live with legal laws. I am stuck here in the south, many blocks away from my parents in addition to many hours away from the nearest medical marijuana dispensary with unreasonably high in addition to deranged prices.
