What to have ready.
Nevada has a few rules about how cannabis can be paid for and delivered. Here’s the short version, in plain English.
What you need
A valid, non-expired ID.
Nevada license, out-of-state ID, US passport, or US military ID all work.
To be 21 or older.
Driver scans your ID at the door. Name on the ID must match the order.
A residential address.
House, apartment, condo — anywhere a real Nevada resident lives.
To be home to meet the driver.
We can’t leave orders at the door or hand them off to someone else.

How long does Green delivery take in Las Vegas?
Most orders arrive within 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your distance from the store you selected. Choosing the closest store to your address speeds things up. Hualapai serves the west, Rainbow covers central and southwest, and Henderson handles the southeast valley.
Can you deliver to the Strip or to a hotel?
No. Nevada law prohibits cannabis delivery to hotels, casinos, Airbnbs, and any non-residential address — this is a state rule, not a Green policy. If you’re visiting, stop by one of our three locations. Rainbow is about 10 minutes from the Strip.
Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives?
Yes. Someone 21 or older with a valid ID must meet the driver in person. We can’t leave orders at the door, hand them off to someone else, or release them to a different name than the one on the order.
What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
Cash and most debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted for cannabis purchases anywhere in Nevada due to federal banking rules — that’s a national issue, not a Green policy. Bring exact change when possible; drivers carry limited cash
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No hard minimum, but there’s a small delivery fee on orders under $50. Orders $50+ pre-tax ship free anywhere in our coverage area.
Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes. We’re open seven days a week including most major holidays, sometimes with shorter hours. Holiday hours are posted on our homepage and Instagram a few days ahead of time.
How do I know which Green store will deliver to me?
At checkout, select Delivery and enter your address — the system automatically routes you to the closest store. Hualapai covers the west, Rainbow covers central and southwest, and Henderson covers the southeast valley.
How far does Green deliver?
About 25 miles from any Green store, which covers nearly the entire Las Vegas metro. If your address is accepted at checkout, you’re in our zone. Farther addresses naturally take longer to reach.
Do medical cardholders get a delivery discount?
Medical cardholders are exempt from Nevada’s 10% cannabis excise tax — you only pay the 4.6% sales tax. That savings applies to delivery orders, in-store visits, and pickup alike. Bring your Nevada MMJ card to the door.
Can I track my delivery?
Order updates are sent via text. You’ll get notifications when your order is confirmed, packed, and out for delivery, plus a heads-up about five minutes before the driver arrives so you have time to grab your ID.
