Our new employee sucks, and doesn't know the various products

For the past few weeks, I have been working as a new employee at a recreational and medical marijuana dispensary. I take the garbage shifts and the time nobody wants to work because I’m the new person. When I was hired to work at the weed dispensary, I was asked to pass a difficult test to make sure that I had the proper expertise to work as a budtender. I also applied a few times before I finally got the interview. I’m not sure the last person that got hired had to pass the same marijuana expertise test or such an intense screening process. The manager of the recreational and medical marijuana dispensary is related to 1 of the owners. I’m not sure exactly how, however most of the other folks that work with me suppose they are brother and sibling. They typically have dinner together and they discuss family and get-togethers like they know each other legitimately well. Ed, the new employee, is the manager’s daughter. Ed recently turned 21 and started working at the recreational and medical marijuana dispensary. Ed is friendly and nice, although she doesn’t genuinely know anything about the various products. Ed doesn’t know the difference between a sativa, indica, or a hybrid. Ed doesn’t know the difference between a shatter, wax, or live resin product. Most of the time Ed has to ask someone else for help when there is a question from a customer. I am getting paid to do most of her tasks, despite the fact that I am not getting paid to do hers too. I do not suppose that is necessary after having to pay my dues for the past six weeks.
