Marijuana helps me sleep more soundly at night

Insomnia keeps me up a lot at night and it makes it very hard for me to stay focused during the day. I often stay awake all night long and sleep for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. Once I fall asleep, my body immediately wakes up and then it takes an hour or two to go back to sleep. I have always had a lot of trouble with insomnia, but I recently found out that marijuana can help. I was hanging out with some guys at the gym and I mentioned the fact that I was extremely tired. I told my buddies that I barely sleep at all during the night time, especially when I have a bunch of stress at work. I try to exercise and work out at least 2 hours every afternoon, but I still find it difficult to sleep. The guy from the gym asked me if I ever tried using marijuana. I am not the type of person to put poisons or foreign substances into my body, so I was shocked when the bus bodybuilder suggested marijuana. He had some edible indica candies in his locker and he gave me a handful. I honestly didn’t think I was even going to try them, but I took them anyway. A couple of days later, I was wide awake at 3:00 in the morning. I decided to eat one of the marijuana edibles. I was worried that I was going to end up high and talking to myself in the corner. Instead, I fell asleep and completely missed my 6:30 a.m. alarm. I didn’t even wake up when my boss called me 15 times.
