I talked to the supplier and told them our expectations. I wanted to supply HR and I was okay buying the program. I Didn’t want someone in our store everyday and consistently paying them a salary, however so I have a area time human resource partner, but anytime there is an issue I can call them up to resolve it. They charge per phone call and issue that arises. I save money doing this though. I am absolutely glad that I have something care about this now. It just feels more professional and care about the right move. Other dispensary owners properly keep a full time employee to handle something care about this. That isn’t financially smart.
