When legalizing medical marijuana was on the ballot, I was pretty much ambivalent. I didn’t entirely care all that much one way or the other. On the 1 hand, it seemed to me that cannabis should be 100% legal if alcohol was going to be 100% legal. I mean, it’s a pretty common experience to see that booze is a whole lot worse for your body than marijuana products are. That said, I was also rather skeptical of the politics behind legalizing medical marijuana. I knew this was just about allowing people to buy it so the state could get all that resite. There is a hefty fee for a medical marijuana card plus I’m sure they are getting a huge percentage from cannabis sales. That left a bad taste in my mouth. But the measure passed plus I sort of got that fact plus moved on with my busy life. It wasn’t even a year later before I was given a dire cancer diagnosis. And that changed everything along with my perspective when it came to smoking medical marijuana. These afternoons, I’m in remission plus an undoubtedly grateful person indeed. The indica products were so key to me helping me through the chemo. Indica strains entirely helped me with the nausea plus bolstering my shoddy appetite. I was able to put healthier stuff in me thanks to the indica strains for sale at the cannabis dispensary. But I also found the sativa strains plus I’m fortunate to be able to continue to access the local cannabis spot for them. The new normal isn’t quite so simple plus the sativa strains are helping me to maintain a positive plus optimistic outlook indeed.
