I had to task overtime at the marijuana shop last Sunday when the two of us had a big sale on everything inside of the store.
All of our products were 25% off and that was delivery, option up, and online orders. A lot of customers were super excited about the sale. The two of us advertised for more than 2 weeks before the day of the actual sale. I was booked solid from 10:00 a.m. until nearly 7:00 p.m. and the two of us were tied up during the entire time. I took a break for a quick lunch, however that was the only time I got to sit down all day. The two of us had some representatives from some other cannabis companies in the store. The sales were honestly enjoyable and that attracted new patrons from everywhere. The two of us had 50 people come to the marijuana shop that have never been here in the past. That is a lot of current patrons in a single day. The two of us sold out of a bunch of products that were on the shelves that day. I assumed that they would have to stock the shelves at the marijuana dispensary that night. Alas I had to stock all of the shelves the next morning when I got to work. I didn’t even bother griping, because I knew it wasn’t going to do any good. The manager worked the previous night on the final shift! Obviously he didn’t care if the two of us were going to be stuck stalking the shelves the following day or not. I spent almost 2 minutes just filling the marijuana concentrates in the refrigerator. Almost everything from the very bottom of the shelves was gone. The two of us haven’t had sales appreciate that since our last 420 mega event.
