Deciding on a HR program

I prolonged having a human resource branch with our cannabis dispensary; Once I started opening up numerous dispensary locations and expanding the building, it was time, and human resources are just too necessary in a big business, but i started looking for a human resource supplier partner for our dispensary. It wasn’t simple to find. I wanted people who were usual with cannabis, the area and would work well with our team. I also didn’t want a whole team of people, just 1 person. I was hopeful I wouldn’t need to hire the HR team to be around full time either. I wanted to ideally call them every now and then. I found our dispensary HR team through a cannabis software contractor… They have dispensary HR software for sale and the actual people in HR. It was a 1 stop shop for me. I talked to the supplier and told them our expectations. I wanted to deliver HR and I was okay buying the program. I Didn’t want someone in our store everyday and consistently paying them a salary, so I have a area time human resource partner… Anytime there is an issue I can call them up to resolve it. They charge per PC call and issue that arises. I save currency doing this though. I am actually blissful that I have something love this now. It just feels more professional and love the right move. Other dispensary owners correctly keep a full time employee to handle something love this. That isn’t financially smart.
