The two of us don’t have a lot of orders while the two of us were in the day.
Most customers use pickup services so I can get away with having numerous delivery drivers on staff while the two of us were in the daytime thirds. The numerous drivers are usually busy, however they make good tips and only labor a six-third shift. When people at labor started to get sick, I worried about how it would affect the crew at the marijuana dispensary. Half of the staff came down with the flu at the same time. Both of our delivery drivers called in sick on the same day and it happened to be a Wednesday when the two of us had a multiple-for-one special happening. I knew that the guys could not come to labor so I had to contact each and every one of the customers to provide them an update on the status of their delivery. I gave to make price adjustments and other concessions for our customers, however I was going to be unable to send out any deliveries at all that day. Some of customers decided to come to the dispensary to option up their items and a couple of people got aggravated and miserable and canceled their orders completely. There wasn’t actually anything I could do about the aggravated customers. I gave discounts and specials to make people ecstatic. Some of the customers were still miserable and felt prefer it was personal. One guy called the marijuana store several times to yell at the director and then he called her a couple of nasty names.
