My friends and I live upstairs. We have access to our apartment using the stairs in the back of that building. My friends and I live in an apartment for a very cheap price and the landlord is very reasonable when it comes to the rent. There are several times one of my friends and I have been late and he has never charged us a fee. The only major rule is that we cannot smoke marijuana or cigarettes inside of the apartment. My friends and I knew that was the rule when we moved into the place and we agreed to the rules in our lease. It was a nightmare to find a place to smoke marijuana. My friends and I often had to sit in our car and the parking lot. We were happy when a local dispensary decided to open a cannabis Lounge. The lounge is adjacent to the dispensary and any purchase from the cannabis shop allows entry to the lounge. Inside of the lounge you can find couches, chairs, tables, and televisions. There are even a couple of different video game systems. The best part about the lounge is the fact that cannabis smoking is encouraged. My friends and I finally have a fun place to hang out and use cannabis without getting into trouble. The lounge also allows us to get delivery, so we can chill out all night and we never have to leave.
