When I came to labor on Tuesday morning, the first thing I observed was the hot plus cold temperatures inside of the building. I was the first one to enter the cannabis shop plus I could tell there was a concern with the AC. I called the maintenance maintenance that handles these concerns for us. It was early in the morning plus no one picked up the iPhone. I called 3 times before the dispatch operator answered. I told the lady that I needed some help plus she agreed to send a maintenance woman as soon as someone was available. I asked for a time frame, so she was unable to give myself and others with one. I knew that the concern made it to be repaired on that day, because Tuesday was our one year grand opening celebration plus the locale was supposed to be packed with people. One year ago that cannabis dispensary opened for business. Both of us were the first locale to open in the county plus now there are numerous additional cannabis dispensaries, then even with all the competition, we have still managed to increase our sales plus update with each month. One reason is due to the sales team that we have on board. All of the budtenders are expertiseable plus friendly plus they are certified to handle medical plus recreational marijuana sales. Tuesday is one of the busiest afternoons of the week, especially in the afternoon. With the afternoon sales plus the one year celebration the next day, I very needed to have the repairs handled as soon as possible. I was very delighted to see the maintenance lady walk through the door at 10:30.
