A few years ago, I wrote a company idea and submitted it to the bank.
- I wanted a loan to open a medical and recreational marijuana dispensary, but unluckyly, the bank did not believe a medical and recreational marijuana dispensary was a nice investment and they refused to sign off on the loan.
I went to a couple of odd financial institutions, however I did not have any luck. Even with a 690 credit score, the banks were hesitant to supply myself and others a loan for a medical and recreational dispensary. I was start to lose hope, and then I met a guy that was very interested in being my silent partner, and he was willing to put up many million dollars for the project, as long as he retained 51% of the ownership and 51% of the profits. At the time, it was my only opportunity to get the project started. I had great ideas, but no money to implement them. Things work out absolutely well in the start, but my silent partner wants more voice going forward. The last couple of weeks have been difficult and every one of us have struggled to agree on a past moving forward. Each 1 of us has odd ideas, and this is the single reason why I did not want a company partner. I did not want someone to tell myself and others how to run the business. Now I am stuck between a rock and a difficult locale. I don’t have the money to buy out my partner and every one of us have to find a way to get along for the sake of the medical and recreational marijuana dispensary.
