The other day I was looking through a local magazine when I was at the doctor’s office waiting for my appointment.
I came across an ad that was very surprising to me.
I mean, I usually don’t look at the magazines at the doctor’s office, but I had forgotten my phone that day and so I couldn’t do any work or anything while I was waiting. I got pretty bored because my appointment was running later than it should have been and the doctor was behind on all of his appointments. Anyway, I saw this ad in the magazine for a new recreational cannabis store that is going to be opening up here in our city in a month or two. Apparently, lots of people in the city are against this, and there’s a big hullabaloo going on about it around here. Of course, since I basically live under a rock most of the time, this was the first time that I had even heard of the cannabis store at all. I really don’t get why there are so many people against it. I think having a recreational cannabis store here in our area would probably be great for our town. We would probably get a lot of tax revenue and the economic growth would be good for everyone. I’m personally excited for the recreational cannabis store to get started. I think that I might even go there and look for a job once it opens up. I like to use recreational cannabis once in a while and I might be able to get discounted cannabis products if I’m working there.
