I wanted to open a hour cannabis dispensary on the west side of town, but I was having trouble locating nice real estate… I found a couple of sites that were available, however the owners didn’t want to deal with a marijuana business, however after I told people what I was going to be selling, they stopped returning my calls. I thought it was unfair corporation practices and I felt that it bordered on illegal. They try to hook up people that are looking to invest with people that need investors. They also put together people that need real estate with shop owners that are willing to rent or sell to people in the 420 industry. The Cannabis Consultants did a good job and they entirely had a lot of resources. It only took 3 afternoons for them to provide myself and others with a long list of properties, then one of those properties turned out to be the future beach house of the next cannabis dispensary in my empire. The consulting firm made the dream come tploy by helping myself and others find a venue for the hour business. In 6 weeks, I am going to open a fifth location in an truly weird city. I already have the Cannabis consulting firm working on the perfect location for the current site. I’d love to find a shop space large enough that I could add a lounge and seating section in the same space as the actual pharmacy.
